Rogers Park

Rogers Park is known for its diversity and housing. Situated at the northern edge of the City of Chicago and directly south of the City of Evanston, Rogers Park is the gateway to the area's north shore. Its lakefront location and convenient access to public transportation and shopping make this a very desirable and affordable location for your next apartment. For college bound students, Rogers Park offers a convenient location midway between Northwestern University to the north and Loyola University to the south.

Sheridan Road, Clark Street and Ridge Avenue are the principal north/south streets that provide access to the neighborhood. The CTA rail line with stops at Howard Street, Jarvis Avenue, Morse Avenue and Loyola Avenue put you never more than four blocks from a rapid transit station. Bus lines criss-cross the neighborhood allowing easy links to the rail stops and other neighborhoods throughout Evanston and Chicago. The Metra Rail North Line maintains a stop at Lunt Avenue for those desiring commuter train service. Pace buses provide transportation to the western and northwestern suburbs.

Neighborhood shopping is provided along Clark Street, Morse Avenue, and Howard Street. A newly constructed Dominick's Food Store anchors a new retail development at Howard Street and Clark Street. If you can't find what you want in any of these locations, hop on an elevated train to Downtown Evanston, where you will be sure to find what you are looking for whether a first run movie in one of the many new Evanston Century Theaters, or, one of the many fine restaurants and shops.

Lakefront beaches make Rogers Park a unique Chicago neighborhood. Very few neighborhoods offer a greater number of lakefront beaches than Rogers Park. The public beaches begin at the south end of the community at Devon Avenue, and continue northward through the community to Juneway Street at the north city limit. The lakefront parks provide a comforting respite any time of the year.

You will also find a wide range of housing styles and prices ranging from newly constructed townhomes and condominiums to vintage walk-up apartments. There is a style and size available for everyone.

Our apartments feature vintage touches with modern amenities. New windows, kitches and baths complement restored hardwood floors and trim. We offer studio, one, two or three bedroom apartments, some with two baths, in courtyard style and elevator buildings. The older vintage apartments offer the charm and roominess that cannot be matched in most newer apartment developments. In most cases, heat and water are included, and, in a few cases, electricity is also included. All of our buildings offer satellite and cable television as well as high speed internet access. Responsive maintenance personnel are a phone call away. Ask us about our pet friendly buildings.
