Wrigleyville

Like the name suggests, this historic neighborhood is situated in the shadows of a baseball institution--the "Friendly Confines," otherwise known as Wrigley Field. The neighborhood draws its character from the quaint residential side streets and the bustling retail and commercial areas surrounding the landmark ballfield.

From Diversey on the south to Irving Park Road on the north, and from Ashland Avenue to the west and Lake Michigan to the east, Wrigleyville is by far one of the more popular and recognized neighborhoods in the City of Chicago. Access to all parts of the City is available through several forms of public transportation. Housing choices remain predominantly medium to high density living with high rises lining the lakefront area and smaller multi-family and single family developments filling in the western portion of the neighborhood
