The goal of our firm is to develop its property management business in its primary market area. It is our opinion that the trend in conversion of rental apartment properties and new construction of condominium developments in the primary market will create opportunities for growth which will allow our company to fill a needed business niche. The company intends to recruit experts, and develope professionals in our office to become proficient in these market areas.
