Emergency & After-hours/Communication Procedure:
For any life-threatening issues, call 911 immediately. For a strong natural gas odor or a fire, please call 911 and then report it to our office when possible.
All emergencies during business hours should be reported by phone at 847-328-5444.
During non-business hours, Wesley Realty Group Inc. provides an answering service for Board members and unit owners. If you have an issue outside of normal business hours, call our main number and follow the prompt to report an emergency. You will be transferred to a live person who will take your information. Please be as detailed as possible.
Please be aware that emails and voicemails of employees are not monitored during non-business hours. Maintenance requests submitted by email or phone will not be reviewed until the next business day.
An emergency is defined as, but not limited to, the following: an active water leak, a sewer back-up in a unit or common elements, flooding, domestic hot water, air conditioning & heating issues (if provided by association), elevator outage, storm damages, an electric outage in common areas (please check with ComEd for outage information in your area).
